This year we rented a private ground on a walking distance from the showground so you are not in the middle of the cars and parking and this place will be just for the campers. There is no shadow, but water and electricity will be available.
When Zsolt called us and said that after winning last year his 4th Supreme BIS in Split he will make a break this year and will not show any dogs we immediately realised he was the perfect choice for our Supreme BEST IN SHOW judge for junior handlers. Zsolt is a real professional, experienced handler and groomer with enormous number of important wins with different breeds and someone who truly cares about junior handlers! I am sure it will be a privilege for each and every junior who will get the possibility to show under him. As you know, in the Supreme we will have winners of younger and older group from 4 International shows and country representatives who send us to splitentries@gmail.com official statement from their KC or official Junior Handling Club that they have the approval to represent their country in Split. Last year members of our Organising Committee spent two full days cleaning the dog poop at the showground, around the showground and around the parking places and specially on the corridor from the free parking to the showground. This year we arranged with the City of Split to send during the show days a number of communal inspectors who will be checking if people are cleaning up after their dogs and if not issue fines. Please help us to keep the showground and surrounding areas clean as it is not easy to get places that will accept dogs and mostly it is because of the behaviour of few people who give a bad picture for everyone. Also please when grooming dogs at the showground pick up the hairs and elastics and everything else and put it in the plastic bag and then to many of the garbage bins that we have at the showground. Thank you for understanding and helping us to promote this event as an important date of the Split tourist season.
Dear exhibitors, you will be able to put your tents on the showground on Wednesday from 14,00 till midnight and on Thursday from 8,00. There is more then enough place for all the tents and please no need for fights and hysteria
It is absolutely forbidden to put the tents on the artificial grass where are the rings 1 to 8. Also, please use the big parking in front of the Poljud stadium also at these times. We can not allow anyone to come by car at the entrance. It is a small distance and all with asphalt so very easy for the trolleys. Because we had few cases of stealing the things while putting up the tents, you will be able to take in everything you need, but if you will be going out from the showground with things the security person will make a photo of you to be sure it is your things that you are taking out to prevent unpleasant situations.
